Lesley and Kay have found many imaginative uses for the abundant soft fruits, making everything from desert jellies, sorbets, wonderful warming crumbles and of course homemade jam. Kay devised a simple menu using home grown vegetables, her famous homemade bread and soups and these has proven a hit with visitors over the last 40 years.
